1. Shipping Locations
We ship to the countries listed at checkout. If your country does not appear as an option, we currently do not offer delivery there.
2. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 business days.
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- EU Countries: 10–13 business days
- Non-EU Europe: 10–15 business days
- Rest of World: 10–15 business days
These are estimates and may vary based on customs, local postal services, or external delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout in EUR, based on your delivery address and the weight/size of your order.
Any additional customs, import duties, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email (if tracking is available for your selected shipping method).
6. Delivery Issues
6.1 Delayed Packages
Delays can occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or courier disruptions. Sweet Sweater is not responsible for delays outside our control.
6.2 Wrong Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6.3 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at:

7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier cannot deliver your package due to absence or incorrect address, it may be returned to us.
If this happens, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
8. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
